GENERAL OVERVIEW

DPMRecords.com (.DPM.) cares about the privacy of you and your personal information. DPM provides technology and services to facilitate the streaming and digital transfer of content owned by DPM to end users (.you. or .Consumers.). In connection with providing such technology and services, and facilitating such content streaming and transfer, DPM collects and retains certain information about consumers. This privacy policy lets you know what information DPM collects and how DPM may use the information. If you choose to enter the DPM website and engage in any activity, including a content distribution transaction, with DPM, such transaction is subject to this Privacy Policy, and you agree to the terms of set forth in this Privacy Policy.

WHAT INFORMATION DPM COLLECTS

There are many instances where you may be required to provide your personal information in connection with transactions entered into with DPM. The types of information which you may be required to provide, the reasons for the collection and use of such information, and the manner of use of such information is set forth below. By visiting DPM, you affirmatively consent to the collection and use of your data.

Registration

DPM may require that you register before certain site features relating to the streaming, transfer and/or digital distribution of content can be accessed. Registration may require your contact information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, etc.), demographic information (such as your country, gender, etc.), and profile data (such as your music preferences, entertainment practices, etc). You may be assigned a site username and/or password. For internal purposes, this information may be used in order to communicate with you and provide the services you have requested, and to provide a more personalized experience on DPM.

Newsletters And Other Communications From DPM

Registered users and customers of DPM may receive newsletters, email communications, or communications through other channels, for, among other purposes, the promotion and marketing of a product or service from DPM, which are supplied by DPM. DPM may also offer you the choice of whether to receive mailings from others that DPM thinks will be of interest. You can unsubscribe by following instructions that may appear at the end of email communications. Note that in order to keep registered users informed about the operation of DPM.s services, DPM may send emails and announcements that are needed for the proper functioning and administration of DPM and services offered by DPM.

Communications with DPM

DPM has features where you can submit information to DPM (such as when contacting DPM with a question or feedback). DPM may retain your emails and other information you submit to DPM for DPM.s internal purposes, and to help DPM to serve you better.

AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION

DPM.s technology has features that automatically collect information from Consumers to assist DPM in creating sites that honor Consumer.s preferences and serve their interests and needs. The information is gathered and stored in log files. This information includes, but is not limited to, Internet Protocol addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data.

DPM may use this information, which does not identify you, in various ways, including, but not limited to, analyzing trends, administering DPM, tracking Consumers. movements around DPM and to gather demographic information about the DPM user base as a whole.

DPM may use cookies, which are small data files containing information about the user that are stored on the user's hard drive. Some cookies are used to make login to DPM easier (such as by remembering usernames and passwords). If, however, you prefer not to enable cookies, you may disable them. If you do so, you may be limited in using some of the DPM features. Cookies can also enable DPM to track Consumers' movements and target their interests to enhance their experience at DPM. DPM may also collect clickstream data and assign unique identifiers to Consumers for the same purposes. Information obtained with these technologies may be associated with your personal information.

DPM, or a third-party advertisement server, may also use cookies in connection with targeting DPM advertisements or promotions to you. Advertisers and other third parties whose products or services are promoted on DPM may also use cookies or other technology. DPM Web advertising partners may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about where you saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by DPM and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers. DPM advises you to check their privacy policies for information about their privacy practices.

DPM may also gather information such as the date, time, browser type, navigation history, and IP address of all visitors to DPM. DPM uses this information for DPM.s internal security audit log, trend analysis, and system administration, and to gather broad demographic information about DPM user bases. DPM may associate this information with your personal information.

WITH WHOM YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED

Information may be shared with advertisers, including their management and representatives. As with other third parties, DPM is not responsible for how the advertisers handle the data once they receive it.

Other than as set forth in this policy, DPM does not share your personally identifiable information with anyone, apart from those acting as DPM.s agents in providing DPM.s services, and which agree to use it only for that purpose and to keep the information secure and confidential. Also, please be aware that DPM.s subsidiaries and affiliated companies and websites, entities into which DPM and/or its affiliates may be merged, or entities to which any of DPM.s assets, products, or operations may be transferred, may obtain personal information from DPM and be able to use your personal information. DPM will also disclose information DPM maintains when required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena or other legal obligation, in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or in special cases when DPM has reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to, or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally), DPM.s, or DPM.s rights or property. You should also be aware that courts of equity, such as U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, may have the authority under certain circumstances to permit your information to be shared or transferred to third parties without your permission.

DPM may share (provide and receive) aggregate information, which is not personally identifiable, with others. This information may include demographic data such as the gender and/or geographic location of groups of users, but it will not include personal information (such as your name or email address). DPM may use aggregate demographic information about DPM.s consumers in order to improve DPM.s service, for research purposes, marketing/promotional purposes and/or for industry reporting purposes, among others.

CHOICE

By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly choose to receive certain communications from DPM and third parties at the direction of DPM, and you expressly agree to the privacy practices described herein. You may change your privacy preferences, e.g. choose to cease receiving certain communications from DPM, by informing DPM of your new preferences. DPM will be able to honor your new preferences most quickly if you inform DPM of them by following the appropriate instructions in any communication you receive. Please be aware that any such messages you receive through SMS and instant messaging systems (and other systems apart from email) may not include an option to cease receiving communications; to change your privacy preferences with respect to those communications, please go to the profile page at DPM where you provided your personal information or direct your instructions to the contact identified at DPM.com or the end of this Privacy Policy.

ACCESS

If a Consumer.s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code), DPM endeavors to provide a way to correct or update that Consumer.s personal data. DATA COLLECTION FROM CHILDREN

DPM strives to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). DPM does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age without appropriate parental notice and consent. DPM actively attempts to screen-out children from data collection and/or use of interactive or community features. DPM is committed to protecting children's privacy.

SECURITY

Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to DPM. DPM stores your personal information securely, and use special procedures designed to protect the information DPM collects from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. DPM restricts access to member information to those employees of DPM who need access to perform their job functions, such as DPM.s customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that DPM cannot guarantee the security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time. MERCHANT / E-COMMERCE AREAS

DPM makes available certain items for purchase. In order to complete purchases made on the website, DPM may collect billing address and credit card information (such as account name, number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes only and is not otherwise shared. In the future, DPM may also feature special purchases or product offerings which link to a number of other third-party store sites and those stores may collect and use your personal information and credit information to process your order subject to their own privacy policies. DPM is not responsible for the privacy policies of those other websites and advises you to check their policies and terms and conditions as they may vary.

DPM may provide links to third party websites. DPM is not responsible for those other sites, their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users, and DPM advises you to check their privacy policies.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

DPM reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time, so DPM encourages you to review this Privacy Policy from time to time. If DPM makes changes, DPM will post them to make Consumers aware of what the changes are so Consumers will always be aware of what information DPM collects, how DPM uses it, and when DPM may disclose it. A Consumer is bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he uses the site after those changes have been posted. If, however, DPM is going to use a Consumer.s personally identifiable information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, DPM will notify Consumers by posting a notice at DPM.com for 30 days prior to the effectiveness of any such changes.

DISPUTES

If you choose to engage in any transaction with DPM, any disputes regarding the collection and use of information in connection with such transaction, shall be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
